Shipping charges

Shipping charges on your order confirmation are an estimate, actual shipping will be applied to your order before your credit card is charged. We do not add any fees for handling.
Price is based on the amount of your order and if the package will be shipped in the U.S. or overseas. We always ship the cheapest way possible.


FOR U.S. packages we ship Priority Mail, with a confirmation number to track the package. We use the U.S. Postal web site to calculate the cheapest way to ship your package. If you would like to have your package insured or require a signature confirmation, Please enter this is your comment section.

If you would like to order a pattern shipped First Class just put a note in the shipping comments section and we will mail your at a lower rate. First class will take slightly longer than Priority.


Foreign orders are shipped Priority.

Canada and Mexico Options are:
$10.95 Flat Rate Envelope- Maximum weight is 4 lbs.
$23.95 Flat Rate Box- Maximum weight is 20 lbs.
$29.95 Large Flat Rate Box
If you prefer your order to be divided and shipped in multi flat rate envelopes please make a note in the comment section.

All other countries
$13.95 Flat Rate Envelope-Maximum weight 4 lbs.(approximately 8 yards fit in the envelope)

Pick-up by Local Customers
If you prefer to pick your order up at Craft Town, the shipping charge will be waived. We do, however, require prepayment. If you do not wish to give your credit card information on-line you can phone it in at 812-883-6860. Be sure to mention in the Special Shipping Instructions box that you will pick up your order. Please include your phone number so we can notify you when your order is ready. Any order to be picked up at Craft Town must be paid for at time of order or it will not be processed.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax of 7% is included for Indiana residents only.



Refunds
No returns will be excepted unless the item is defective or we have issued the wrong item. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging.
